Provided by Pinggen Chen (陈平根). Photo Dedup helps you find similar, burst, and duplicate photos and clean them up. This policy explains what data the app uses and how it is handled.

Data we collect

Photo Dedup does not collect, upload, sell, or share your personal data with us. Photo analysis runs on your device.

Photo library access

The app needs access to your photo library to:

• Analyze similar, burst, and duplicate photos locally and group them
• Delete photos you choose after you confirm
• Share photos through the system share sheet when you choose to

Photos are never sent to our servers. We do not operate a backend that receives your photos or library contents.

Data we do not collect

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
• We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
• No account is required to use the app.

Local storage

App settings and on-device analysis indexes stay on your device (for example UserDefaults). Uninstalling the app removes that local app data. Deleted photos go to iOS Recently Deleted according to system rules.

Children

Photo Dedup is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children on our servers because we do not operate such servers for this app.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do.

我们收集的数据

本应用不收集、不上传、不出售您的个人数据。照片分析在您的设备本地完成。

照片库访问

应用需要访问您的照片库，以便：

• 在本机分析相似、连拍与重复照片并分组
• 在您确认后删除您选择的照片
• 在您选择时通过系统分享功能分享照片

照片不会发送到我们的服务器。我们不为该应用运营接收照片或相册内容的后端。

我们不会

• 出售您的个人数据
• 使用第三方广告或分析 SDK
• 在其他公司的应用或网站中跟踪您
• 要求注册账户才能使用

本地存储

应用设置与本机分析索引保存在您的设备上。卸载应用会删除这些本地应用数据。删除的照片按系统规则进入“最近删除”。

儿童

本应用并非面向 13 岁以下儿童；我们也不会故意在服务器上收集儿童信息，因为该应用不运营此类服务器。
